Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Golden, crunchy, and packed with chocolate chips — these crispy cookies are the perfect treat when you want that satisfying snap in every bite.

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted (225 g)
- 1 cup granulated sugar (200 g)
- 2 medium eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (265 g)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips (175 g)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk butter & sugar: Melt butter and whisk together with sugar until smooth.
- Add wet ingredients: Mix in eggs and vanilla extract until combined.
- Fold in dry ingredients: Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined.
- Add chocolate chips: Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
- Scoop & bake: Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space to spread. Bake for 15–17 minutes, until edges are golden.
- Cool & serve: Let cookies cool for 5 minutes on the tray, then transfer to a wire rack. Enjoy the crunch!
Notes
- For extra crisp, bake 1–2 minutes longer.
- Use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
- Store in an airtight container to keep them crunchy for days.
