Instructions
Preheat oven
to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk butter & sugar
: Melt butter and whisk together with sugar until smooth.
Add wet ingredients
: Mix in eggs and vanilla extract until combined.
Fold in dry ingredients
: Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined.
Add chocolate chips
: Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
Scoop & bake
: Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space to spread. Bake for 15–17 minutes, until edges are golden.
Cool & serve
: Let cookies cool for 5 minutes on the tray, then transfer to a wire rack. Enjoy the crunch!
Notes
For extra crisp, bake 1–2 minutes longer.
Use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
